Britt Pickett

Britt Pickett

Coach/Owner

Britt is one of the Owners and Coach at MobTown CrossFit with over a decade of training experience. He’s always led an active lifestyle competing in multiple sports such as football, basketball, and golf. In 2005, his life dramatically changed thanks to an article in Men’s Journal. It spurred him to visit the official CrossFit website where he discovered WODs, which he began doing at home.

After one workout, Britt knew CrossFit would become a huge part of his life. As a coach, he enjoys pushing others to achieve their goals and unlock the strength they never knew they had. CrossFit is just as mental as it is physical. Britt wants you to be a master at both!

Grant Saltz

Grant Saltz

Coach/Owner

Grant is one of the owners and a coach at Mobtown Crossfit. He played baseball and football in high school and college so weight training has been a part of his life since a young age. After college he got into endurance events such as marathons and triathlons before finding his way into a crossfit gym in 2014. Not long after that, Grant bought into the ownership team at Crossfit Stone, which eventually merged with Mobtown Crossfit.

Brent Ward

Brent Ward

Coach/Owner

Brent is one of the owners and coaches at MobTown CrossFit.  It is Brent’s goal to make sure every athlete has the “best hour of their day” everytime they come through the doors at MobTown.

Through the years, Brent has been a competitive runner, triathlete, and went to a globo gym to hit the weights every now and then.  In 2016, Crossfit became a way of life and the rest is history!
