Head Coach/Owner

Britt is the Owner and Coach at MobTown CrossFit with over a decade of training experience. He’s always led an active lifestyle competing in multiple sports such as football, basketball, and golf. In 2005, his life dramatically changed thanks to an article in Men’s Journal. It spurred him to visit the official CrossFit website where he discovered WODs, which he began doing at home.

After one workout, Britt knew CrossFit would become a huge part of his life. As a coach, he enjoys pushing others to achieve their goals and unlock the strength they never knew they had. CrossFit is just as mental as it is physical. Britt wants you to be a master at both!

Jason Bardwell

Jason Bardwell

CrossFit Trainer, CF-L1

Jason is an important part of the MobTown CrossFit family. For 15 years, he served as a firefighter and obtained unique skills that are great assets to our community. Thanks to CrossFit, his life has changed in the best way possible. He shares its positive effects with our members on a daily basis. Jason enjoys helping athletes master movements that will push them to accomplish their goals. Through proper training, he hopes to create not only better athletes but better people.
