Warm-up

1. Movement Prep/Activation and Increasing Heart Rate

Burgener Warm Up (10-15 mins) (Snatch) + Skill Transfer (if time allows)

* 10 minutes with a PVC or Empty Barbell

* Perform 3-5 reps at each movement

3x High Hang Snatch + 3x Hang Snatch + 3x Snatch (PVC or Empty Barbell)

* 5 minutes, 2-3 times through

* Focus on footwork and finishing the pull

2. Strength Prep

10 sets x 3 Power Snatch (60-70%)

* Complete 1 set on the minute for 10:00

3. Workout Prep

2 sets:

5 Wall Balls

5 Sit Ups

Weightlifting

Power Snatch

Every Minute (10:00)

The stimulus for today’s workout is moderate and steady pacing. We want you to aim for consistent sets on the wall balls while keeping a near non-stop effort through the sit ups. We want you to mentally challenge yourself today on your wall ball sets and avoid smaller sets.
